Kids Bedroom Remodel
This bedroom was completed after our design was selected by BATC / Special Spaces for their 2014 Design Competition to design a bedroom for four-year-old Eli who is currently in remission from ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia).
Our design focused on creating a fun room for this little boy with a love of all things with wheels (and Ninja Turtles!). The carpet was replaced with durable luxury vinyl planks that mimic wood. Not only does it look great, it also helps with allergies and dust control.
Additional thoughtful design features include a loft bed for sleepovers that includes storage within the steps. Eli can play on and dream peacefully in his new race car bed for years to come. A bright red cubicle unit will keep Eli’s toys organized and a rolling table with bright metal chairs will give Eli room to create the latest in refrigerator art and also tuck back in the corner when not in use. We incorporated painted racing stripes along with removable race track decals so that Eli can move his vinyl cars around the track.
Che Bella was truly honored to be a part of this heart warming project.
