Tracy Hains
Founder & CEO, ASID Allied

‘It’s incredibly fulfilling to develop long lasting relationships with our clients, team and partners, by doing the right thing, always!’

Tracy’s storied career began outside the home industry where she spent 15 years in Human Resources. That foundational experience influences how she guides Che Bella today.

Always a curious mind, Tracy found her calling in the design and remodeling world where she carries both an interior design degree and general contractor’s license. She founded Che Bella in 2005 to help homeowners create a home that is beautifully their own. Tracy’s vision is to deliver exceptional designs with the highest possible standards accompanied by warm personalized service.

Excessively proud of the team she has assembled, Tracy feels so fortunate to work alongside an inspired and exceptionally amusing group of professionals on behalf of clients whom she truly adores.

Ed Hatterschide
Project Manager

‘Seeing the job progress through each stage is rewarding – the reveal, however, is still my favorite!’

As the resident project manager, Ed brings his decades-long experience in construction to homeowners who delight in knowing the day-to-day implementation of their project is in trusted hands.  A member of the Che Bella team since 2021, he is an exceptionally gifted finish carpenter who holds a general contractor’s license.

Ed interfaces with homeowners and trade partners throughout each design or remodel, constantly in contact to guide the project forward. He navigates job site hiccups and difficulties that may arise with a cool head, keeping projects on time and on budget with the grace of someone who has seen it all.

Stefanie Cohoe

‘Interior design is about more than making a space look great, it enhances our lives by impacting how we live in our homes.’

Taking the leap into the design world at the Art Institute of Charlotte, Stefanie found her life’s work. Her breadth of interior design wisdom and whimsy allows her to bring more ideas to the table and she revels in using her detail-oriented approach to both inform and inspire.

Before coming on board with Che Bella in 2017, Stefanie owned a design and painting firm and worked in several showrooms in the field. A passionate traveler, Stefanie folds distinctive elements from different corners of the world into her work. Her personal design aesthetic blends a healthy obsession of curated antiques with a modern flair.

Stephanie Osei
Interior Design Assistant, ASID Allied

‘With interior design, my love for art can be tangible and can help others more fully enjoy their homes.’

After honing her eye and aesthetic working on the retail side of the industry, Steph joined Che Bella in 2021 bringing a unique perspective sharpened by her retail experience.
