Get Ready For Summer! Outdoor Furniture Ideas
It seems that winter has finally left us for good this year in Minnesota! With warmer weather and the official start to summer fast approaching, it is the perfect time to start thinking about ways to freshen up your outdoor living spaces. Below are a few things that have caught my eye and make me even more excited for spending time outdoors this summer.
Lee Industries- Uncovered outdoor living collection:
As if we needed another reason to love this company. Their new introduction is an outdoor line featuring fully upholstered pieces in outdoor slipcovered fabric that feature cushions with open cell foam designed to drain easily and resist mildew and bacteria. The look is definitely ‘shabby-chic’ and slipcovers may not be for everyone, but it is a great alternative for the standard wood or metal patio set. Their standard outdoor line has some great pieces as well, including an awesome sofa with canopy, outdoor drum ottoman, and the most comfortable looking outdoor lounge chair of all time.
Indoor/Outdoor Fabric: Random finds at HomeGoods, Pier1 Imports, and Target are great, but I still love to sew on my own at home. There are so many fabrics, trims, and patterns, and I love creating one of a kind things for my home! Here are a selection of my favorite indoor/outdoor fabrics from Kravet.
