Tuesday Trends: Larger Tile Sizes
If you’ve been on hunt for tile lately you’ve likely noticed that tile sizes are becoming larger and there is a great variety of shapes to replace the standard square. You can say goodbye to the 12″ x 12″ tiles of the past and welcome the 6″x24″, 12″ x 24″, 18″ x 18″, 24″ x 24″ and 24″x36″ (or larger) . Larger tiles can make a space to feel wider, longer or more spacious depending on the size and pattern that is designed. We love the variety of porcelain tile that is available. We are often incorporating tile that mimics wood, cement, marble or even a linear graphic pattern on our projects.
